After being laid off I have diligently tracked job applications. Over a month, Ive applied to 184 jobs, received 35 rejections, and labeled 48 as “ghosted.” Despite discouraging statistics and challenges like ATS systems and “ghost jobs,” the I remain optimistic, supported by family and friends.
